I honestly don't get why there are so many scams going around targeting authors. Like, y'all, we're all poor as shit. Have you seen a book advance? Go scam some used car salesmen or something.
Headset testing turned from "one quick round of Warframe" into "whoops there's an hour gone but I beat my first Technocyte Coda" real fast
A+ game immediately
I made Frieren in Tomodachi Life (with no age/birthdate since she's over 1000 in the series) and she immediately fell down and couldn't get up. How did you know, Nintendo?
Every time FFXIV announces a collab with a fast food/snack brand, I recoil at the entire premise... and then feel the FOMO set in. Put a moogle on the branding for a food chain I've barely ever heard of and apparently you'll catch my interest.
Why did my brain see this and immediately leap to imagining him as the lead of the hip new anime "McDeath Note"
BAFTA pulling a trailer for an autobiographical game about surviving sexual assault only hours before it was said to be a part of a showcase is an exceptionally bad look.
Heyyy, I'll see you there!
Never enough people out there talking about how Shantotto is truly an all-timer Final Fantasy character
Not sure Poilievre's new line of attack is going to work. With @mmmegan.bsky.social @clareblackwood.bsky.social and @ianmmacintyre.bsky.social
somebody sell me this hat
What a bleak timeline we live on.
Did he ask for sugar in that water?
Never has there been a more embarrassing figure in Canadian politics (and boy, does he have some stiff competition).
Breaking: absolute asshat makes a claim that even a cursory web search could dispel, while failing to drink water on camera
Congratulations!!
"live off the rain and dirt" goes so hard 👏
Yeah, some events were impossible to work around (Han and Leia's family, the entire Heir to the Empire trilogy, etc). I also remember close continuity between Hambly & Andersen on Academy -> Children of the Jedi -> Darksaber -> Planet of Twilight arc? But the longer it went on, the more it overwrote
...especially when Lucas came in himself, dropped a depth charge in the whole thing, and downplayed the legitimacy of the EU as "canon."
I was upset at first that everyone was shunted off into an alternate timeline, but it really doesn't hold together as well as some of us may remember.
As a kid I used to read the EU books in whatever random scattershot order I could get them from the local library, and even then I could tell the writers were stepping on each others' toes. The idea that all new content "fit perfectly into this continuity from 1978-2014" is beyond laughable...
"Cat? CAT?! CAAAAAAAAATTTT!!!"
To quote Billy Madison singing in my head: "back to schooool, back to schoooool, to prove to dad that I'm not a fool"
Ring the school bell already, I want to go back to the halls of academia in MTG's Secrets of Strixhaven:
"Time for the birth of terror"
Not been a great week for you, eh pal?
The standard and woodblock variant printings of the MTGxFF card Buster Sword
They’ve finally come home 🥹
There really isn’t a floor to the awful potential.
