I've updated my guide to the Kindle range to include the new models they've just released. Is there anything here for you?
I have a post that goes into a lot more detail: www.thewellbeingwebsite.com/blog/state-s...
Create a strategy - Think about what you’re going to do to change things. What can you start doing every day to make changes. Put it on paper.
I really hope that helps.
Focus on your story - How do you see yourself in the world? Is it positively, or negatively. We forget we’re the authors of our own stories. That we can change them.
Settle your state - Before we do anything, we need to find calm. Help the body and mind settle down. Give yourself space to start your recovery.
If you’re not feeling good. If something has happened and you need to bounce back, there are three important steps you can consider. I’ll explain them in this thread.
I know that feeling.
My latest newsletter went out today. There’s something for you to think about this month, and then a quick update. Please take a look using this link and you can sign up for more on the site.

That sleepless night won’t have any effect on the person or thing you’re mad at. It will have an effect on you though.
A book that really changed things for me was Autopilot, by Andrew Smart. He explains how doing nothing, like simply watching clouds, helps the mind join the dots behind the scenes. Gives us more chance of suddenly getting a great idea.
"We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are" - Anaïs Nin
Keep those positive memories close. Remind yourself of the good times. Then notice how you feel afterwards.
“A wealth of information creates a poverty of attention” - Herbert Simon
Who do you listen to? More importantly, who makes you change direction?
“It’s not how much you have that makes people look up to you, it’s who you are” - Elvis Presley
Always make time for mediation. Just focus on how you’ll feel afterwards.
Took part in a very interesting neurological study this week. Three hours of unpleasant electric shocks in my feet though. I really hope this can help other people.
Things I’ve found and what’s on my radar:
Pondering something that came to me. We’re all fighting over reality. Expect some content on that soon.
Really enjoyed listing to Bernie Sanders on the Joe Rogan Experience. This is how political discussion should be done.
Compleltely agree.
You should have a listen to live version on the deluxe My Songs (from Paris). A great new riff from Dominic Miller.
Just take a take a second to think about the story you tell yourself. Then think about how you could change it.
