I've been physically and mentally drained, it's been hard staying focused, and for the next 10 weeks will likely get worse.

This would prove to be a real challenge, but Velouria was up for it.
Besides, the favor she could cash in would help her be two places at once. Or at least her power- an then some.

"I have some powerful friends that might owe me a favor or two. There is much to discuss, but first~"

While she had left Alice in charge a time or two when the doe wasn't present, this would be much different.

The Panic Room would be at a disadvantage, the longer the doe was away.
And the ranch when she couldn't be there.
