I am somewhat bothered by allowing this.
I'd expect `def choice[A, B](a: A, b: B) -> A | B: ...` to be "allow any 2 types" and the `choice[T]` option to be "allow only the same type".
Widening that to `A | B` means I cannot express the narrow case.
