Trump Admin is planning to ask Congress to dramatically cut funding for transit as part of the 2026 infrastructure law.
The proposal would eliminate the transit account, which funds billions of dollars in capital expenses. It would also prevent states from âflexingâ roads funds for transit.

I think you could quantify this.
Like, say you:
- apply a â15-minute cityâ type rubric to residential properties
- you group nearby homes together into clusters, constrained by proximity
- count up how many clusters there are
- count how many are walkable *to each other*
- score by longest chain
Well, if youâre the type of person that cares about streaming audio quality, youâd probably also enjoy high-quality instrumental versions of your favorite songs!

Yes, but they passed the re-written version in a special session immediately after the regularly scheduled one. Why they needed a separate session at 5:30 PM after the 5 PM one is beyond me
