Audible currently lists those titles as “narrated by virtual voice”. But you could see a scenario where Celeb A gets paid handsomely to clone their voice in exchange for slapping their name on the product. Some companies already offer dead celebs as a voice option. Ghoulish.

Absolutely love this. I've read a lot of very clearly defensive work these past few years - like, "I can pick out exactly what Twitter thread this paragraph is responding to" kind of clear - and it's ruined so many books for me. Begging authors to stop writing to criticism.
