I think all of us on the team politely bowed out.

What’s worse than being stuck in a restaurant with your boss, being stuck on a sailboat with your boss for three or four hours!

My boss wants to "reward" us by taking us out to dinner, but all that does for me is add several hours to my day where I have to eat probably mediocre food in a loud restaurant while I have to keep pretending to be a Normal Coworker.

Just let me go home, it's all the reward I need.
