• Caroline took up an academic role at University of Adelaide, working closely with One Basin CRC in Griffith.
• Steve completed his ARC Future Fellowship, moved into a continuing role at the Fenner School and was promoted to Associate Professor (Level D).

- Sweden does (e.g. VR and Formas), though the budgets are sufficiently small that you would usually only apply for part of your own salary
