Having people who dedicated decades of their lives obsessively studying and working in a particular field being in roles that match that expertise is a good thing actually.
In a country that was starting to turn against expertise in favor of uninformed grifters, there has been no greater case made for the need for experts than having America run by incompetent, willfully ignorant, incurious, egomaniacs.

It’s good to see more MAGA figures speaking out against Trump, but this isn’t a moral awokening.
They see Trump weakening, and know there’s an anti-Trump “America First” lane opening up, so they’re pivoting to a new market they can monetize as Trump’s fall accelerates.
CNN & MS NOW were both flabbergasted & wondering what prompted Melania Trump’s random denial of ties to Epstein.

This was so random. To my knowledge, there was no notable discourse recently about Melania's ties to Epstein. All eyes have been on the Iran War. What prompted this? Is something about to drop?
Seems to me the First Lady just injected Epstein back into the news cycle unprompted.

So the “ceasefire” is already being violated. Lebanon is still being attacked by Israel.
Iran is exerting control over the Strait of Hormuz.
And the president who threatened to wipe out a whole civilization is calling it all a “total and complete victory.”
Got it.
The primary objective of the Iran negotiations, opening the Strait of Hormuz, is to solve a problem that was created by the war itself. Seeking to heal a self-inflicted wound is not a victory.
We’re all tired of living in the volatility of Trump’s mind. Our world can’t keep being held hostage by the manic egomania of one unstable man. This isn’t sustainable.

Even if these threats end up being empty, it’s absolutely unacceptable that the President of the United States is threatening to annihilate an entire civilization. He’s not talking military targets. He’s threatening civilian infrastructure. War crimes. Innocent people. Depraved.
“I don’t know” is the most honest thing Trump has said the entire Iran War.
His plan was delusional wishful thinking. He didn’t grasp the risks. He thought he’d decapitate the regime and they’d capitulate like Venezuela. He doesn’t understand Iran. He’s out of his depth.
