We have less than 8 weeks until primary day. Becerra is polling at 5% or less. I do not think there is time for any of the lesser known candidates to rise. It's got to be Porter or Steyer. I don't love this, either, but it would be catastrophic for CA to end up with two MAGA choices in November.

As of right now, I will be supporting Tom Steyer for California governor.

I encourage all the other Democrats (save Porter) to drop out immediately.
