the fact that he advocated and pushed for the tour to be longer is a very jin thing to do.

jin's rolling stone interview is out. i just really love his way of thinking. he acknowledges when things may disappoint him or may not be ideal but he refuses to dwell on them. he is always willing to see another point of view but is also able to be pushy when necessary. i just admire him a lot.

i love namjoon so much. he's so unintentionally funny. he has so much gravitas but he's also just a silly goofy guy at the end of the day.

that is what i love about live performances! they change the way you interact with the music. like i cant listen to mikrokosmos and not hear the "hey" at that pont in the song. or how mic drop has totally transformed since hobi's tour.

when i first heard arirang i knew this songs would play so well at a concert. and i love the way they brought them to life. this tour is only going to get better and better.

there are some region exclusive pieces so maybe its korea specific merch? pretty sure japan has some and so does north america.

idk. bangtan just seems so at ease. they seem so happy to be back. they seem ready to forge a new path together. their energy was so electric. everything from production to stage design to setlist is so thoughtful. i cant wait to see them settle into this show. they are such special performers.

like rather than just going with the flow and taking everything in and thinking about it and reflecting on things, they get upset at something that didnt happen and was never going to happen. i just thought it was an interesting perspective. 2/2

i saw a clip of noah wyle talking about how he noticed that some some viewers are making up their own storylines in their head and creating scenarios and then get disappointed when it doesnt play out on screen how they had imagined. and i feel like that applies to this new BTS 2.0 era. 1/2

i am listening to the weverse album version of arirang and i am only two songs in and i can hear so much more of the songs than i can on even AM.

we cannot expect them to operate the same as they have and they are very respectful of the love for the show but also firm about what they need to be able to keep going in the future. im so excited to see what they do and how this revamped version will turn out.

im quite honestly really proud of bangtan and how they are able to put boundaries in place. what i saw in that run bts video was them excited about starting it up again and about what it could be while being clear about what they are capable of and interested in doing.

in that vein, i am really enjoying the little IG behind photo dumps the official account is doing. that is some top tier quality content right there.

and who knows maybe they still are a thing. iirc the episodes usually come out about a month or after something is released. but if not then i also want to be cool with that too.

like i sympathize with missing these things but also want to embrace new formats if this is what they want to do going forward.

i know we all miss the longer bangtan episodes or bangtan bombs but i wonder if this new format of behind content is maybe a little easier on the members than a full on episode and the constant filming. i dont know.

jimin also alluded, in that recent ot7 live, that 2.0 might not be the end? so maybe they have another music video to come? what else could there possibly be? when jungkook came live that one time on the infamous deleted live and said he was so busy in feburary he wasnt lying

also the amount of promo and content they have released so far is wild. and that is just like official stuff. not including their own pics and videos and such.
