i'm actually staying w my partner in anaheim for two weeks to see the sights and also help her family member! i'll be hanging out with some people for fanfest but otherwise we'll be visiting the hospital and such X( probably don't have time to meet up or anything but i hope you have fun!!!

it almost certainly is haha since i don't have any other symptoms and i masked the entire plane ride, i'm mostly just joking. we're having to visit my partner's family member in the hospital after a sudden accident too so i've been busy :( but i'm def gonna sleep when i get back!

i feel like i have mono, like i definitely don't have mono but i just feel constantly like i need to sleep. i think this may be "sleep deprivation" but i'm having trouble believing this

You don't have to beat yourself up internally for months. You don't have to hate yourself for fucking up. You don't have to feel like a horrible person. No one benefits from any of that - and at worst, such an extreme reaction will make the person in question less likely to speak up around you in the future, cause even if your negative reaction is directed at yourself and not at them, it's still unpleasant for everyone involved.

I’m also just going to add that this is a classic form of making everything about yourself & can, in some cases, basically traumatize people in your life into silence bc asking you gently to stop bringing up certain topics, etc. results in a complete and total breakdown centered on your self image
