Seconded on UTIs - I know 2 people who decompensated from them & treatment brought them back to their 'normal'.
My school district had a radio station & they gave HS students shows in the evening & on weekends.

A Japanese soaking tub in a partially open air enclosure. It's complemented by an interesting boulder on the wooden deck surround. No drink fridge, though.
I'd need an indoor extra-long clawfoot tub, a covered outdoor soaking tub, & a hydrotherapy shower with all the bells & whistles.
Plus towel warmers & convenient drink fridges.
