Original trim from an old Sayco shower on my leg. Third picture is the replacements I designed and printed. Took two days, I learn so much with all the projects I do. Customer was thrilled.

I am expanding the 3D printers we have and started to make parts for our customers in house. Part of this is as a hedge against supply chain issues, but mostly the ability to make custom solutions that are not available.
I have a secondary lab in my home to do production after hours.
I have started to bake again. I did a batch of sugar cookies this evening using my 3D printed cookie cutters. I ate the tailless one and it was really good. A nice crunch but not too brittle. I have more dough to cook tomorrow, I just needed a little joy at the end of a long but productive week.
Started the prototype remodel plate design. Doing the first test print on the belt printer. 150mm x 300mm x 5mm. Should take 8 hours to print according to the slicing software. I find the estimates to be overly optomistic.
Complete Moen handle adapter.
Completed Moen handle adapter inserted into a Moen handle.
Got the Creality CR-30 Belt printer going. Successfully printed a production part we designed for Moen handles. It came out perfect.
We are finally going into production mode to make parts for customers. Not limited to plumbing as there is a demand from other small businesses that need a boost.

Apple meet tree meet apple. Not surprised at all. ๐
Maybe I can send you pictures. So you can see what I have left as well. When daylight arrives I will work on it.
Excellent. I have to think about my yards come spring. I took out a lot for the new water line, and it looks very bare.
Finally got the motivation and time to fix the Kobra 2 printer. I have it printing a poop bucket for the A1.
