Palestinians deserve self-determination, safety, civil rights, and accountable leadership. The real goal should be a future built on equal rights, democratic governance, and protection for civilians, not domination, apartheid, terrorism, or theocracy from any side.
I oppose the killing of innocent civilians and the destruction we’ve seen, and I reject using Hamas as a justification for collective punishment of Palestinians. But supporting Palestinian freedom does not mean supporting Hamas or any authoritarian rule.
I understand the point about sovereign currency issuance, but resources are still finite. Even if the federal govt can create money, every dollar directed toward war reflects a political choice about priorities. I want more investment in the American people; less spent enabling endless wars abroad.
