I have a full time graveyard shift job, commissions, game development, streaming, and just general life stuff. (Food, cleaning, working out etc)
And then I gotta network, content create, for all socials? I do not have enough time nor energy in the day.

I'm going to be honest? I am getting fairly exhausted with the amount of social media sites and apps I am expected to go to and be active on as a vtuber.
I do not have enough energy to be pumping out content and cross posting it everywhere.

But as you draw more you'l need refs less for sure, but you habe to start somewhere, you dont know what you dont know, and you cant get better by not studying, and this also includes using references.

Using references us very normal and encouraged, life imitates art, but same can be said about the opposite.

literal life drawing classes have you copy a live person, posing for you.
I'd say look up refs, or even life drawing websites that cycle through poses, youll get a hang on poses eventually
