A small tube of Ayr brand saline nasal gel that states it moisturizes and soothes dry, stuff noses.

Saaaaame 🫠 My nose has been a disaster recently. While I’m sure my Sjögren’s doesn’t help, the cold weather has really set it off. In addition to daily saline sprays, have you ever given Ayr a try? My rheuma recommended this to me a few years back and it’s great!

There was a great Silent Hill f run! One of my favs from the event was an Animal Crossing City Folk race to get the golden net, it was so chill and had a fantastic ending :) And if you want a really good laugh, make sure to give American Truck Simulator a watch haha

OH-! Have you at least clicked your profile to go to ‘Your Account’ and under ‘Settings’ seen ‘Refine Your Recommendations’? On the far right of the header options you’ll see ‘GenAI Interests’ where you can toggle them all off! It’s not 100% failsafe, but it noticeably helped my home feed!

Same!! I typically don’t feel anything aside from an autoimmune flareup since I have to pause my transplant meds for 10 days to even have a prayer of vaccines taking. But for whatever reason, this year’s duo had me feeling rough for a solid week (maybe means I gained some protection this time??)
