Thanks so much!
Thank you!
Thank you, I hope so!
Roughly Ancient Greek for ‘to snatch’ m, which is probably where the word harpy came from!
That looks amazing!
Thank you!
Working on a harpy and not focusing on ~the horrors~ for a moment

So many to choose from in my case! Here’s Athena and her starry owl.
YESSSSSS 🖤🖤
'Sylph'. Traditional art of an airy fae flying through a purple moonlit sky with a spirit owl and a lot of green moths. They look ephemeral, and appear to be unraveling as they move through the sky, in a surreal way. There is a spiral pattern in the sky, and in her hair.
mixed media traditional illustration of a spell being broken, and things are seen as they truly are for the first time. A girl sits in a barren wasteland, holding a small flock of birds close to her, but they fly away and become monsters.
Unseelie Mushroom Fae. Mixed media traditional art made for Olde Fae Card Game. She is the guardian of her mushroom patch, and will magically strike you with madness if you come too close.
Baby unicorn looking up into the rain. Traditional mixed media.

A very happy #PortfolioDay to all!
I’m Annabelle, an artist from Austin Tx who loves to paint macabre illustrations of figures from mythology and folklore.
I had quite a lot of fun drawing this little owl guy over the holidays. The smoothness of pan pastel on black paper is just ✨chefs kiss✨
Not the steam cleaners 😂 Hard same. It was the only algorithm that would bring me things like live streams of people who had access to amazing telescopes and microscopes and would share their knowledge. I’ll genuinely miss some things about that particular platform.
First post! Here’s my face with some of my favorite pieces 👻
