I've talked to folks who crewed his shows who said they'd work for him again because it was so miserable.
Counterpoint: anyone that has worked with Jared Padalecki would climb mountains to crew up with him again. One told me Walker was the kindest set they were ever on.
I had a chance to talk to one of his crew last year, and he couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the Walker set was and how much he would love to work with Jared again. I spoke with Jared's PA as well, and he said the same thing.
