We have to be clear-eyed when it comes to these elections. That election last night was very close. This combined with the fact that a Democrat lost a seat for thr 1st time in decades just a couple months ago should tell us that republicans aren't going to just sit out or flip to us.

That research is less than conclusive and certainly not comprehensive as false allegations are rarely logged as such in court documents and police reports.
In fact, many such instances are simply listed as lacking sufficient evidence, which you alluded to in your other post.

Let a jury decide based on sworn testimony and evidence.
Due process + victim protection should be the goal. None of us were there, thus we must wait for a balanced judicial process to play out while praying for those affected.

It's so difficult b/c if we believe in the rule of law, then we wait for evidence to be presented in trial. If a jury makes up its mind that they believe the alleged victims prior to accessing all of the evidence, it becomes a prejudgment.
I believe these women absolutely deserve their day in court!
