No. It's ICS/OT commentary. Sometimes you find something that has been broken since forever and people just can't believe that it has been broken the whole time.
You cannot hide your organisation's mediocracy behind a thin vale of governance.
The longer the mistake has existed the harder it is to convince people to fix it.
