Lawsuit seeks to force DOJ to turn over communications with election deniers "There is an urgent need for the information requested in advance of the coming federal midterm elections," the lawsuit alleges.

NEW: Democracy Forward sued the DOJ for allegedly failing to hand over records requests for exchanges between the department and election deniers.
