TBF, whilst I'm not fussed by much else Microsoft, and don't use any of their other products, I actually rather like Outlook. I've used others over the years, but always find that Outlook has a more preferable workflow for my tastes.

I just wish they'd not tinker with it as much as they do 🙄

Every few months, Microsoft Outlook moves the location of the hover-over action icons (delete, pin, flag, etc) from the left side, to the right side, and back again to the left side, and then back again to the right side...

Just as one gets used to new location, back it goes to the old location...
