When I was working a project for a major broadcaster here in Sweden the subtitlers were at the bare-ass hotdesks behind us with headphones on going 100wpm churning out 8 hours solid a day. I can only assume the job isn't any better at a streaming firm. OpenSubtitles are done for love of the game.
