kami and axer both sit on a bed in a modern room. They both have hypnotizing gas masks on and are growing longer, with Axer much longer than kami by way of the masks and potion effects. Their bodysuits rip from being stretched as kami uses their feet to rub axer's ridiculously long noodle dick while rubbing their own with their hand. vapor escapes axer's mask up past the border of the image and past large letters that spell "sstrreeetch!!" along the top. The image is mostly grayscale with some colour pop from oranges and blues.
