It may be controversial but todays assisted dying bill being passed in the UK (England and Wales) is a great step. I’ve always said it should be our choice and now it is.

Having anxiety is weird because if my friends don’t text me for a few days I’m worried they hate me but I know enough to know they’re just busy. It doesn’t help knowing that though. Mental health is fuuuun.
