No this is true, the SR-71 was designed to leak on the tarmac. The expansion of the hull due to air friction meant they had to leave room for thermal expansion between the fuselage pieces. The skunk works book talks about this.
Is there a link to your smash word site? I'm only seeing the Amazon link.
Get serious about flossing now. I went through a similar period, and after a deep clean and some more frequent regular cleanings (every 3 months for a year) almost all my problems have been mitigated. Consistent flossing is truly magical.
Fantastic!! I figured there'd either be a friend who'd like one :)
I bought a bunch of these calendars when I was in Australia in December and then forgot to send them until I was packing for Australia in Feb and I dropped them in the mail on my way to the airport π€£

Fold in half (right sides together), whip stitch two edges, turn inside out. Added two ribbon pieces and back stich final seam. Iron flat. Use ribbon pieces to tie to presents.

Oh man!! Yesssss! One of my favorite space disasters! So many engineers knew it was out of bounds but the middle managers pushed it through anyways! I was at NASA Johnson during... Sts-117 I think, after Columbia. Where all of us pitched in to triple review hours of video photography of ice falling

Sidenote: never piss off the systems engineer who writes all your documentation. They know all the secrets you are trying to keep hidden about your project π
And I was delighted to get fired for refusing to sign off on an unsafe design for Bobert Bigelow. I turned around and called the lead NASA official we were working with and told him about my concerns on the project and the Bigelow contract was dropped the next round. π
Critical failures of engineering should be a mandatory class for all engineers. In my human factors in space class we each had to research a engineering failure that resulted in lives lost. It was the most formative class in my career. I turned down a job at SpaceX because of that class.
Yessssssss
