I was so appreciative when on our walk, this excited child stopped at a safe distance and asked to pet my dog. I had to decline (Roxie is anxious, especially around kids) but the parent understood and the child did not press the issue. Pretty good!

3 months ago I adopted Roxie from the local shelter. It’s been challenging but extremely worth it. We’re hitting all our milestones for her behaviour issues and she seems genuinely happy to stay at my place. If you see this, say “good job Roxie”!
