I’ve attended several talks about AI in healthcare. They often speak about similar ethical issues… but I don’t hear them discuss the environmental impact of AI, which is obviously very relevant to health! #SOAPAM2025

1/ Will the absolute insanity happening in the US influence articles that American based medical journals will/won’t accept for publication? Is this the end of peer review there? What meaning will a journal’s impact factor have?
