BREAKING: A judge ruled the Trump-Vance admin violated the law in an attempt to condition access to federal housing funds on compliance with the admin’s partisan agenda.

This victory is another major step in the fight to ensure the admin cannot hold life-saving funding hostage to political whims.

Goes w/out saying that criminalizing homelessness will not solve the underlying problem of having nowhere to safely live. But, for the city, enforcing the ban will help justify opening more mass shelters like Clinton Triangle, so that they can then justify extending Urban Alchemy a larger contract.
