I'm not there yet and my pushups are still bleh. slowly though. I can hang for a good while now though the 2 months in Japan set me back as I didn't have the equipment to do what I needed to do and this super fit old Japanese man at the park used the bar whenever I was there to see if it was open

ya, strength training gets more important as we get older. I'm currently working on upper body - goal is to get to a point I can do pull ups. Grip strength work came first then the rest XD still not there but getting closer.

Also I find I need to stretch regularly as well

Yeah. A lot of businesses do this and I just side eye hard time and avoid. I've had way too many experiences in fantasy, ttrpg and larp spaces that I've given the benefit of the doubt and finding out i never should have.

Took me far too long to get over the vestiges of jetlag.

But at least i got to reunite with Falcor. He was extremely excited that I came back.

I was living with him when he first arrived and moved out last Sept. With only weekly visits until I disappeared for 2 months.

Jeeze. Literally I use the same ingredients to cook. Japanese home cooking is like mix and match soy, mirin, sugar, dashi and cooking sake in some combination. Chinese food can be quite similar.

A beautiful themed cafe. If you're willing to venture a little further out and willing to pay a little more for the experience, it's definitely worth it in my opinion.

I had a most excellent time at Chamber of Raven. Moe-san and Miyu-san were there again & as always were so lovely. I had the afternoon tea while my friend had a la carte. She helped eat some of mine as afternoon tea was a ton of food. I did manage to get my くじ but ended up pulling Nemesis.

I always find that I eat some of the most fun things while I travel. I did get to go to more popup collab cafes this time around & once I'm home I'm working on putting together a couple of guides on how to make reservations etc.
