Yup. The climate victories are still occasionally happening, but they're happening quietly and at the state level.
In my analysis of governors' roles in OSW, I call Youngkin a 'Pragmatist.' He sees OSW and other low-or-no-carbon-emitting energies as key to VA’s future in a diversified strategy. His RGGI withdrawal? Cautious—maybe even overprotective of VA consumer costs—but worth considering in any critique.
“Drill baby, drill” might just be another Trump hyperbole.
Wondering what other big promises he’s made publicly, but then ended up just doing what made sense economically…
Regardless, the risk would make any small company would be hesitant to enter or expand in the U.S. right now
