An open cardboard box contains several copies of a cassette tape release. The majority of the items are bright yellow cassette cases. The artwork on the cassette j-cards features an abstract design of an upward-pointing triangle composed of overlapping orange, red, purple and blue shapes. One cassette tape is lying on the bottom of the box, visible out of its case, and is bright red. The labels on the red tape, as well as the spine of the yellow cases, show the artist name as HawaiiWorms, the release title as Kiosk 67, and the tracklist: Side A: 1. Mirrors 2. Egg and Side B: 1. Prism 2. Sand. The bottom of the box is lined with shredded brown packing material.
