It is such a dumb idea, but like, I kind of love it and it would be a good book to write to stretch the muscles and learn the craft better, before I move on to books that I have like 10 years of mental archives that I want to put into writing.

And travel across the Realm of the Restless (essentially the spirit realm) to go and repay the debt of what is essentially one dollar, because they accidentally paid with the wrong coin a few days before they died in battle.

The dumb idea is “hey, what if there’s a world where in order to pass on to “paradise” you have to die with no debts.

The lead character, a knight, owes exactly one of the lowest denomination of currency to a trickster spirit and now has to take the only coin they had on them when they died…

Considering what I want to write for my first book. I have like three ideas, and one of them is supremely stupid, but I also kind of love it.

I’ll eventually write all three ideas but I’m deciding what I want the first book (series?) I write to be.
