That’s the million dollar question, it needs to remain in Newcastle and ultimately in the City centre. My preference would be moving St James further into Leazes park and when done levelling the ground as is and creating an impressive park leading up - I’m a dreamer 😁

Not a chance it should leave the city centre and definitely not Team Valley or Royal Quays!
