Very solid start to a (soft) reboot of Cap. He has only just recently woken up from the ice in modern day. Looking for #2 before reading #3&4

Picked up these 2 to try out Slot's take on mainline Supes, as together they are a complete mini-arc. They were OK, but I'll probably wait for the trade for the rest of the story.

I grabbed two variants featuring Krypto, but heads up - Krypto is not in either issue

Finally found a physical copy to fill a gap in my collection, which now includes all released floppies.

Centering Al Ghul as a Supes villain is an interesting choice, but I think it works well in this universe. Absolute Supes is my favorite Abs-character if not Abs-series

We get some backstory on Barry and Thawne (as well as Garrick and Thawne) in this issue. I'm curious to see how Lemire draws the connection between the Flash family without a supposed speed force.
