Someone posted a tier list of fat fetish artists. Nobody was happy.

As cliche as it sounds, being inclusive and supportive of other artists is how you motivate them to keep drawing and keep improving. Do what you can to foster a healthy community.

Legitimately, the tier list drama is pretty exemplary of one of the biggest killers of morale for artists: being ignored or slammed by others, especially from your peers and artists you look up to.
