Haven't seen the details, but "require ICE to coordinate with local authorities" sounds a lot like "authorize local cops to help ICE kidnap people."

Trump’s fundraisers are now using the threat of dispatching ICE against citizens as an email engagement tactic.

The line seems weird, but a lot of people supported Trump because they thought he would hurt other people, then after the election discovered they are also "other" people to Trump.

Now they get told to pay up, and that might raise a lot of money from frightened suckers.

I maintain every Republican Call to Action sounds like a bully asking for your lunch money and every Democratic Call to Action sounds like they need to be talked off a ledge, which says something about what gets a response from their supporters.
