I don't know who to say this to and I really shouldn't tell anyone but it's been breaking me. Two of my good friends are both in such terrible health that I worry one day I’d just hear about their death/rapid deterioration. Everything is so mercurial and nothing I value or build lasts.

I can process my most recent issue by setting up an urgent therapist meeting or talking it out with my friends but I can also just listen to the first few songs on Weighing Souls with Sand before falling asleep feeling like a piece of shit.
