The apparent size of the moon in the sky just happens to approximately match the apparent size of the Sun, making total eclipses possible, and magical looking.
Will mathematicians be replaced by AI/LLM's? ... I don't think so. And all I can see right now is a bright future for math and mathematicians, and great progress powered by LLM assistants and automatic verification.
