My WIP has two possible settings, my home town in Aus, or a made up town in Washington State and I'm rather torn. It's an urban fantasy, there's a ghost, water is a huge theme, and either setting could be fun, fish out of water or home that feels changed.

Today I learned that saying "Thanks for the order number, can have my receipt now, as required by consumer law" is rude enough to get hung up on.
Which is weird cos if I did that in my last CS job, I would've been written up.
