We see the increase of strokes and heart attacks after wildfire smoke events. It’s not inevitable. Masks (and indoor filtration) can save us from this.

There are no words that adequately describe how much I miss being able to go out to gigs, to parties, to festivals, just having a basic normal social life.

Ugh, thanks for mentioning this one. I’m low on so many vitamins and minerals presumably mostly due to poor absorption helped along by the famotidine, but I wasn’t specifically aware magnesium was on the list of things to look at.

“Depression and isolation from everyone” is so easy to see “has ME/CFS now and needs to limit activity and emotional involvement to avoid PEM” inside of, while simultaneously not wanting to diagnose from afar.

If I never have to read some person saying "what happened to innocent until proven guilty" about why some guy should still be elected to one of the most powerful positions in the country despite numerous sexual assault allegations it will be too soon
