Hell yeah
I just finished an absolutely delightful read of L. Meili’s The Chronicles of Emberstone Farm. Bi Lou Chun was mentioned at one point, so I had to gongfu some myself, lol. Lovely, lovely read! #cozy #fantasy #litrpg #tea
Happy Anniversary!

Awesome!
Yeah, it was your atlantis video which had really opened my eyes to lauten.
The more I hear lauten mics, the more I feel destined to get my hands on one. Probably the atlantis first.
Is it Monday already!
That’s a wrap for #Hearthcon2025. Thanks to everyone and especially to JollyJupiter and MysticNeptune!
Gosh, these two were incredibly close.
Awesome
And you diy stuff which I want to so badly do!
Yay!
I been waiting forever for another of your videos!
Your link’s expired, fyi
Between 1 and 2 for me
Thank you! Yeah, it has such a gorgeous and smooth sound. Reminds me of some Sony mics.
Ah, the T2 is at the top of my list to get next! It’ll be my first titanium sputtered capsule. How long have you had the UV1? It looks awesome.
Dude holding a black SM7B microphone
Had another audiobook go live last week, which I’d narrated on the ubiquitous Shure SM7B. Behind the C414 XLII, this is my second most used microphone. It’s a lovely and misunderstood microphone, and I can’t wait to use it again one day. For now, I’m on the CAD D89.

Dude is holding a CAD D89 microphone. Microphone is black and the head basket is silver. Microphone is branded CAD audio D89
I’ve recorded audiobooks on a ton of different microphones already. I’ve got two in the works now using the CAD D89. Silver Rank Brewer of Hawkin’s Magic Beers is one of those two. This mic sounds incredible!
FYI: Book 1 was performed on the C414 XLII.

The AKG D190e in champagne. A gorgeous vintage microphone which I’ve recently picked up. I had wanted to use it on one of my Grab a Goblin books, but its unfortunately beyond repair at the moment. #audiobook #microphone
This was my first Agatha Christie read from a book which I picked up from my parents’ collection about a decade ago. Well, I’ve finally gotten to sit on it, and I’m surprised how much I’ve loved this one—her writing too. I haven’t been one for mystery up until now. What a delight!
#Hearthcon is coming up in October!
I’m starting to catch them, lol
My Big Goblin Space Program by ScottWarren (RR handle). Ah, what a fantastic story! The tribe, the system—just some of the most amusing mechanics I’ve come across.
Goblin Teeth by Jim_Quill. Ah, what an amusing read. The mechanics and the system were intriguing, and I can’t help but want more. Quite the cast, which makes me crave more party dynamics in my future reads.
