Thomas was one of the kindest & most generous men I've ever "met." When trying to track down a rare Shirley Jackson, he reached out & then gifted me it, AND a surprise assortment of other rare Jackson books from his collection.
He was a fantastic writer in his own right, and I treasure our emails. 🖤

he always had a kind word and, even in his old age, a voracious hunger for new horror literature.
i will dearly miss him.
