52 degrees on our walk this morning. Shorts and a T-shirt was probably not a great choice. Bonus: mosquitos continued feasting on my arms and legs.

Bonnie had no complaints, herself. 😂

The mosquitos just exploded in my neighborhood. We’ve been spoiled for far too long.

It’s going to be in the 40s on M-W! Such a goofy thing to be excited about, yet here we are.

I got a new pillow today. Sometimes it’s the little things.

As the nights get colder, it will be increasingly difficult to get out of bed in the morning.

That’s the post. I offer no solutions. On the bright side, it will start warming up in 5-6 months.

I am 9 hours into the work day and I could really use a nap. Getting a couch in this office would be trouble. Yet I love the idea.

After days of bitter cold, we have reached a point where it's still very cold out but it's not the ridiculousness we have been experiencing. It lifts my spirits!

I must be getting older because my tolerance for the cold continues to decline. We have had a mild winter so far and I am still find myself giving the winter gods the middle finger.

I can’t seem to kick this damn cold. I’ve had it since 1993.
