3) Season Finale

New qualifier event one week before the Finale. Finale will have top 12 teams from leaderboard + 4 from qualifier.

I want to improve the major feeling of the event and give people a second chance who maybe just didn't get their preferred squad together during the season.

2) Plus Server voting changes as follows.

- 60% or more and you are guaranteed to pass
- 40% or less and you will not pass
- 50/75/150 with the highest voting score will pass for each tier.

The goal is to make sure the servers better keep the "pyramid" shape where it's kind of random today.

Sun eater had the best performance today 2-3 pxg and like 3 upsets is is just insane.
Pxg also obv did well and im glad they learned to just play their best comp.
