On Wednesday, April 1, Congressman John B. Larson announced $500,000 in new federal funding with Mayor Arunan Arulampalam to support renovations and restoration efforts at Hartford Public Library (HPL), ahead of an anticipated full reopening of HPL's Downtown Library on Monday, June 1.
