Truth.
They put him there because he was such a dick.
Truth.
Similar events occurred in Iraq. As an archeologist, this makes my blood boil.
It seems to be working. For now.
Yep.
Don't you dare threaten me with a good time!
Good riddance.
They. Don't. Care.
Well said.
Yes.
Why is anyone giving this knucklehead airtime?
The Find Out phase is always difficult.
Same. I recommend a flood.
Of course.
No good deed...
Runs his piehole.
We will never see a dime and prices will not go back to their previous levels.
Why is the moon rotating?
This is not the place to dig into that problem. And please don't think this is an apologetic attempt to explain away the horrible behaviors and actions of the current regime. It's not. None of it is okay. I simply wanted to point out one of the reasons we are where we find ourselves today.
So, this is where we currently find ourselves. Beholden to a CEO who identifies himself with his product (in this case, himself) and who thinks all of the money in the coffers are his and we are all here to serve him. While this is difficult, it's also symptomatic of a larger problem.
Curiously, these regal beings also consider every penny that comes into their company's respective coffers to be theirs alone to manage and manipulate and, yes, sometimes to even steal. Along with identifying themselves as the company, all of the money it brings in is theirs and we're all expenses.
It just so happens that CEO of entrepreneurial enterprises in this country are tantamount to royalty. They have the last say about everything and the workers are there only to fulfill on their goals, objectives, hopes, dreams, wishes, and commands. You know, we're all their subjects.
In this country (the US), small business are typically owned and operated by a charismatic leader with or without partners. In the case of his enterprises, they've technically been small businesses - those that do not dominate their market. You know, entrepreneurial efforts with a single CEO.
I've been avoiding this post for a while, but here goes. I'd like to make a couple of points about Dear Leader. As someone who's worked for small and larger business all of my working life, I've had the pleasure of toiling away for a few enterpreneurs and even owning my own small businesses.
