I usually refer to my “coming out date” as the day I told my parents, which was the most significant hurdle. But there’s still many people I haven’t told, and every time I meet new people I have to make a decision to tell them or not. It’s a constant process

Furthest north is Keflavik for me too. Specifically the Heilbrigðisstofnun Suðurnesja, where I went when I broke my hand in the airport during a layover. 🙃

It was convenient on the highways when I did a 4000 mile road trip. I tried to use it off the highway once on a four lane stroad and I turned it off after about 1/4 mile because it was so terrible there.

I always go for aisle seats because it’s the only way I fit in planes. So I’m beholden to the desires of the window person. I still get irrationally upset when they slam the window down when they board and leave it down the entire flight.
