Today's joy? Two hash browns, two toasts and a portion of baked beans in a cafe... it was delicious and the company was ace!

Today I am preparing for an annual event and I have given myself time for 'looking back before stepping forward'. It has helped me focus on how far I have come and what I really want to do next.

Always worth taking time to pause and think.

I have been thinking about space junk recently, and this poem emerged today in response to a Top Tweet Tuesday call out:

COSMIC DEBRIS

all those fragments
and flakes
from the breakup
make you a collision risk.

They’re ready to manoeuvre round you,
the shields are up,

and you are just tumbling.

Road Trip Yesterday my lovely wife took me on a very special road trip. As well as me, in the car were the Nevern Throw, the Nevern Lap Blanket and, of course, Ronnie. We went to Nevern in Pembrokeshire. Nevern is a tiny village, nestling down a very narrow road (single track much of the time, occasional 16 degree incline, and a 60 mile an hour speed limit) with a few buildings and St Brynach's church.
